Sensirion - Digital Humidity And Temperature Sensor SHT75

The SHT75 is a high end version digital relative humidity and temperature sensor IC in 4 pin SIP package. This sensor integrates sensor elements and signal processing in compact format. It provides fully calibrated digital output. A unique capacitive sensor element is used for measuring relative humidity while temperature is measured by band gap sensor.
