DC Motor Driver IC MC33886 (5A H-Bridge)

The MC33886 is a monolithic power IC comprising control logic, charge pump, gate drive, and low RDS(ON)MOSFET output H-Bridge circuitry in a small surface mount package.

FEATURES:

1. The current drive can be pulse-width modulated at frequencies to 10 kHz
2. Undervoltage, overtemperature, and overcurrent conditions are detected and reported via a status flag output
3. Continuous DC Load Current up to 5.2A min
4. Output Current Limitation at min. 5.2A with PWM Current Regulation
5. Short-Circuit Shutdown for Output Currents over 8A
6. Logic Inputs TTL/CMOS Compatible
7. Operating Frequency up to 10 kHz
8. Over temperature and Short Circuit Protections
9. Under voltage Disable Function
10. Output control via two independent inputs (forward, reverse, free-wheeling low/high)
11. Two disable inputs are provided: Low =True and High =True
